Hey everyone, it's Harlan Kilstein and this week, I want to share a story with you about @Educationlady - Jill Stephens.

Jill came to me ready to begin building a program about online learning since she works as a tutor.

We ran the numbers in Google's external keyword tool and discovered there was not a lot of searches AND...

The pay per click costs were very high.

So she began to explore what she really cared about and was meaningful to her.
