3. Proofread the post and publish it.

When you're writing like that it's almost guaranteed that the post will contain the right amount of keywords necessary to attract traffic. The fact that you're not actively thinking about how many keywords you should include makes it a better read. The writing is simply more natural, which is something keyword optimized content usually isn't!
