Multilevel Marketing Business grows as layoffs in America continues

I recently wrote an article on the mass layoffs in America, surviving the layoff notice. As I watch the news this evening there is sense of sadness concerning what’s going on in our economy. I was laid off in January and had to come to terms with the pitfalls of layoffs. One of the things that allowed me to feel Ok about it was I was already doing multilevel marketing.
Multilevel marketing also called network marketing is basically where corporations cut out the middle man and use distributors as a salesforce. It is perfectly a legitimate and trustworthy business if you are connected with the right company. One of the reasons I turned to the internet when I got laid off to help with my MLM business, was to see if I could market it online successfully.
As I watch what’s happening in the job market I feel many others will also come online for guidance in their network marketing business. So, I have come up with a few guidelines I think you should follow to insure you are working with the right team of people to help you market your multilevel marketing business online successfully.
1- Make sure to do research on the person and company
2- Make sure there is a proven way for you to get paid off the people that say no to your business (97% will this is factual data)
3- Make sure you can customize your web site and include your own text and videos. The company replicated sites won’t help you online
4- Make sure you have a back office training system in place so you can learn the marketing strategies needed to be successful online
5- Make sure you are able to brand your self and not just the company in the event the company goes away (it happens more often than you realize)
6- Make sure you work with someone that can show you a proven way to generate leads/prospects for your multilevel marketing business
7. Make sure you work with someone who can take you step by step through the internet marketing maze and provide leadership and guidance
8. Make sure there is an automated and natural way to introduce your multilevel marketing business to your prospects
9. Make sure you own the list and that’s it is not one you had to pay for (cheap leads that will hang up on you)
10. Make sure you bring someone else along and help them become successful
