One thing I don't like about them is the limit on anchor text. I couldn't use "[URL="http://www.americanheartdiets.com/"]American Heart Association 3 day Diet Plan[/URL]" in a resource box, or even "[URL="http://www.americanheartdiets.com/"]American Heart Association Diet Plan[/URL]" because you *can't* use more than 3 words in your link text! I mean, WTF??
