More sites, and a new keyword tool

I recently started using NicheBot, and I think I'm in love! I've been on a roll uncovering new niches by finding high-volume, low-competition 'keyword phrase groups'.
Recently I launched two new sites based on Nichebot research: an Adsense blog based on scholarship programs, and another based around annuities & settlements.
They're in the very early stages, but so far the Nichebot info has been panning out. In fact, it's now replaced Wordtracker as my keyword research tool-of-choice.
