I've realized I'm good at making sites. However, I can't stay focused-Is site flipping the answer?

Recently, I sold some sites that I haven't done anything with. I have to admit the adrenaline rush I got from selling them was awesome!
I've come to the conclusion that my skills are perfect for making sites to flip. I'm very good at finding keywords that don't have a lot of competition, but get a decent amount of monthly searches.
I'm also good at writing content: Articles, product reviews, auto-responder messages, special reports, I'm even pretty good at leaving thoughtful and respectful comments on other blogs to give my sites backlinks.
I know how to set up a WordPress blog and make a static site. I know a lot about on page SEO and off page SEO. I know a lot about article marketing.
My problem is I can never apply promotion techniques consistently. After I do the keyword research, find a product on Clickbank to promote, write the content, set up the site, I burn out. I get bored.
I really think site flipping is going to be the answer for me. After I do all the above, I can sell it the site. I don't have to bother with it anymore. Let the new owner worry about promotion.
I've come to the conclusion that I want to earn $100,000 over the next 12 months.
This is going to be a very arduous task. The way I see it, even if I don't hit my goal, I'll still be making a decent amount of money. Say I only make $50,000 instead, I'd be pretty happy with that.
Now I just have to figure out exactly how to do this. I was given a good source in a recent thread I made. I shot the author of the product a PM. I have to wait for the reply.
Hopefully, this will get off the ground within a week, at most. As Ben Affleck said in the movie Boiler Room: "Motion creates emotion." I'm fired up. I want to do this.
Hopefully, I'll be able to blog regularly on my progress.
