3 Sites Made to Flip!

Posted 09-01-2009 at 09:58 AM by Jason_V

So, I'm doing pretty good. Sunday I found 6 domain names for quick flip sites. Last night, I spent a little time at Clickbank and found a good niche product.

I did the keyword research to make sure there was enough potential to write some content. There is. I'm pretty happy about that too.

I just finished up building 3 sites for quick flips. Now I just have to do a little off site SEO to get them indexed. I probably should push on and do the other 3 today or tonight. However, I'm feeling kind of tired.

I think once I get the off site SEO work done on the 3 sites I made, I'm going to start working on the full content niche site. Tomorrow I'll build the next 3 quick flip sites.

The content site, I have a 30 day plan laid out. I'm really hoping I can get it to $500 in its first month. If I put my 30 day plan into action, there's really no reason why it shouldn't. I have some other sites that I will work my plan on as well.

I feel like I'm playing chess. I can see the moves I'm going to make 3-6 moves ahead. It's amazing when something inside just clicks and you get fed up with the b.s. and the excuses. You just actually "do it" You don't listen to your own negativity. This actually reminds me of something I watched yesterday.

Yesterday, while I was taking a break, I was watching a scene from Dark Knight. Heath Ledger (RIP) played a great Joker. There was something that he said that actually translates to IM:

"Do I really look like a guy with a plan? You know what I am? I'm a dog chasing cars. I wouldn't know what to do with one if I caught it! You know, I just do things."

I'm not saying I don't need a plan of action. What I am saying is that one of my biggest problems is I would get too caught up into details, making plans. I would never actually get around to the "just do things" part. If I did, I wouldn't do it consistently.

Not anymore. Writing this blog is actually helping me stay accountable to myself. Onward and upward.
