For my first blog post on the WF the topic will be on the one thing I am currently the most passionate about, outsourcing my work. I do this for a number of great reasons.
1. I have been able to improve my income by incorporating virtual assistants and outsourced workers. There are so many things to do on a day to day basis and so it is not easy to keep up with everything. By using this great resource I have been able to systematize these tasks. Now that there is a system for doing these tasks I am able to focus on things in my business that make me more money.
2. By using people who charge much less for tasks I am also able to resell this labor to save time and also improve profit.
Focusing on building my business by having other people do the time consuming tasks which can be systematized has given me the leverage to grow my business and continue to add new people.
