How to Make The Money You Want - Part 3

I hope you have read parts 1 and 2 of the series "How to Make The Money You Want." If not, you can find them on my blog. Now, let's jump right into Part 3 which starts into how to generate leads using select free marketing strategies.
Social Media
The first free marketing strategy that can be used to generate leads for your business is social media as we have slightly discussed in Part 2.
1) Update your status daily.
In all social media you have the ability to update your status. Don't be alarmed or even slightly scared to update your status daily or even a few times a day. In your status give a reason or the way that your offer can help others and then give your link. This is simple and free. There are status update availability on many sites such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Better Networker, and Google Plus, Twitter.
2) Facebook
It is very important when using Facebook to start a fan page or a business page. This will help you gain credibility in the industry. Start to build a base of followers. Through the fan page or business page you can create some really good pages and content within your fan page that will create a desire for your offer. Also on Facebook it is important that you join groups and "like" other pages that have interests as you. This is called networking. Through networking and participating in groups through Facebook you can generate high quality leads in the niche you are targeting. This is only possible if you "keyword" participate.
Through all social media, regardless of the platform, it is very important that contacts are made. How do you expect to get leads if there are no connections. Make yourself known, make your offer known, and tweak your messages to relate to the people you are posting to.
Forum Marketing
By participating in forums you can generate free leads also. Forum marketing is also a great way to meet new people and form working relationships. There are forums for every idea or thought that could possibly be thought of. To find forums for your niche you would go to Google.com and type in what you are looking for. (Example: Internet Marketing Forums). If you are marketing a product in skin care you would go to Google.com and type in "Skin Care Product Forums." It's that simple. For someone that is in the online marketing niche, I recommend that you use the Warrior Forum for one of your active forums. So you have found your forums to actively participate in. You need to create a profile, add your page links, and create a signature. The signature is very important as it shows up at the bottom of every post that you make. The signature is the main way you can generate free leads through forum marketing. The more you participate, the more your link is exposed on the forums. If you have a good offer and copyright, the leads will come. Again... You MUST participate.
