They Don't Have This at Staples

Last week I spent some time at the Staples store getting some notebooks and supplies, calendar, etc in hope of getting myself a LOT more organized. After reflection of things for the past month this is one of my pitfalls and one reason I have not been able to push on to the next level.
While there is some business planning material at Staples, the one CD I had some interest in was in a Windows format which is a big turn off to a Mac girl, but even that was going to be used to drag just some ideas off of.
There is to my knowledge no real affiliate marketing/internet marketing package that helps one deal with more of the "business" side of things and works with the marketing side. Yes, there are packages to show you how to do things like make a site, do some SEO, etc but I was looking for something that would help organize a true tracking system.
For instance, I went through the accounting type records and realized they could be modified for my uses but none of them felt or looked completely right.
My current accounting system does not really work. I am in the process of pulling up bank statements and need to print up all the paypal records to do the math and figure out what was made. Because of my travels for the past year it was impossible for me to get my taxes in and while I did file for the extension it is now something I need to get done quickly as the deadline approaches. I have been in this position a couple of years in a row now and it is annoying to say the least.
One model to possibly follow in the creation of such a kit would be the Simpleology model. One big thing that I always liked when I did the course a couple of years back was the "print up these forms." I don't like just using the computer for a lot of this information. I need to see it and hold it in front of me. Perhaps it is the link to making things more real and bringing them out of cyberspace to make them more believable.
If I am able to figure all this out and put something together that works it would definitely be something that is possibly marketable as well.
I am sitting on 3 marketing opportunities right now and need to find the reigns to control these horses. Each of the clients has very different goals, yet much of what needs to be done for each will cross over. I'm being forced to produce some kind of map for each as well as keep my end of things in order. I wish I could be a fly on the wall into some other successful marketers offices to see how they are keeping these things in order.
