Joint Venture Case Studies

One of the things that is nice about the things we learn in interent marketing is that many of the ideas can be used in markets outside of the MMO niche.
I recently participated in a joint venture and wrote up a page about on my site. It has been so far an interesting experience and the guy who ran it did an outstanding job at making sure it was successful for all the folks involved.
Sometimes that does not happen so much in IM where JV's often constst of people just sending out emails for each other. While that works, there is a lot more that can be done.
