Obesity is a big problem for many, and for my wife and I too. It seems that as we age things change, and weight is one of them that is changing for us. We have gotten to the point where we needed to take some action and we knew it.

My doctor keep telling me that I would feel better if I would just lose some weight and get a little more exercise. He also said that pain I was experiencing would probably go away with weight loss and exercise.

Then I was diagnosed as a diabetic. I was not pleased with this as I was already taking blood pressure medicine.

About that time, a person I consider a friend, invited me to be a beta tester in a new fitness program he was developing. I agreed and signed up as a "Maverick" member.

The whole thing has been life changing for my wife and I as we got motivated and began to take action in changing our "life". That was in March of 2011 and it is now September 2011 and we have lost around 40 pounds each.

I was able through this program to see where I was at, set some goals and see where I was going. My wife was also a big help with helping us change the way we were eating to healthier choices that are still good.

In addition to us losing weight, I have also lowered my blood pressure and blood glucose levels to the point my doctor reversed his diagnosis of diabetes, and I no longer have to take blood pressure medicine twice a day.

I am therefore highly recommending Joel Therian's new online fitness program called
7 Minute Workout.

When you enroll in the program, it includes two (2) memberships for the price of one (1) and we call that feature the "Buddy System". We feel that when two people work toward a common goal, they are more likely to reach their goal together.

In addition to that, we have a large area of social support similar to Facebook where members can mingle and interact and share goals, trials, tribulation and best of all, successes!

This fitness program has been fabulous and it is officially launching to the public on October 1, 2011 with a price point of only $9.97 a month for two (2) people!

We invite you, or anyone else who is interested in losing weight, lowering blood pressure, lowering blood sugar levels, and getting fit to come join our team and let's succeed together.

If you would like to be in the know, visit http://refer4profits.com/7minuteworkout and be sure to either join or sign up to our list for more information.

Yes, there is a business opportunity available for you if you are interested!

God Bless You,

Our lives as we know it... are exactly the way we want them to be. You may be shaking your head saying no, or maybe you are thinking I am full of it. But... ask yourself these questions... Who... has the power to change your life? You do! Who... got you to where you are right now? You did! Who... is responsible for "all" the good and "all" the bad decisions in your life? You are!
Our lives are a direct reflection to the questions we ask ourselves everyday, ask a better question.... dig deep for a better answer and you will change your life. For we are the masters of our own destiny, a paths to a great life is littered with great choices, better answers... to better questions. Ask yourselves everyday a better question, come up with an answer that the "better you" would come up with. Only you have the power to change your life.

You are so right James! It amazes me that the knowledge that we are all going to die doesn't seem to reach the consciousness of many, many people.

They take care of their car to keep it in good order and follow directions on what to put into it to keep it running and yet will put any type of junk food into their precious body

The food industry studies the flavors humans can become addicted to and deliberately includes more of these flavors in the food items they advertise!

Even if you decide you don't care about living to a ripe old age, it matters that you will be inconvenienced by the extra weight you're carrying and the consequences to your heart, kidneys, liver, sexual satisfaction and pocketbook will hurt too!

It feels so good to be fit and move freely that I am willing to forego unhealthy treats and even limit my healthy food intake.
