Are You Creating An Online Business? Really?
Posted 09-07-2009 at 01:09 PM by Joseph Ratliff
This post is going to be short...mainly offering something to think about.
As we head into the last quarter of 2009, I want you to think about how hard you've been working to build your online business, then...
I want you to think about if you've actually been creating an online business at all this year.
What do I mean?
Many aspiring (and even some seasoned) online business owners are just that...business owners. They own a high-paying job. They work in their business instead of on their business.
This may be satisfactory for some people, and I totally understand. I mean, at least you don't work for someone else right?
(actually you do work for your customers, but that's for another post, perhaps on my blog at http://josephratliff.com/blog )
Anyhow...
To keep this post short, as long as it aligns with your goals, I want you to start thinking about ways you can start "breaking free" from the high-paying job you've created for yourself.
It means you'll have to start trusting people...it means "outsourcing" will enter your vocabulary, and, eventually you'll have to hire and/or train the "replacement" for you in your online business.
What it means, is you can start on the path to the true freedom promised to entrepreneurs in all of those sales letters.
Just a mind-opener.
