Help with adwords and forwarding

Hello, I'm new to PPC and I'm trying to promote a website from a network through google adwords by forwarding from a domain that I created to the sites domain so I get created for the lead or sale. The problem I have is that google stopped my contextual ads because they said the URL I was forwarding to did not match my domain URL. I cannot use the website URL because it would violate their policy. Is there anyway for me to work adwords promoting websites with domain forwarding without getting my ad stopped. Please help, Thank you
