Prospecting is a Key Factor to Your Success

Prospecting to put your mastermind team together is crucial and will be the foundation of your business and possibly the factor in your success or failure. Don't go around pushing your family and friends to get in your business.. once you become successful the ones that are worthy or your time and really want to serious change their life -- will join you in droves.
The first 72 hours - 2 weeks is the most crucial time, and will more than likely determine the speed of the growth of your organization. Referral strategies are crucial so be sure to map out a plan for you and your key people. Don't discount anyone and give everyone a chance. I know of two beach bums who are now zillionaires, because someone stopped to talk to them and offered them a chance instead of pre-judging them.
Learn that 99% of your income is about to come from people that you don't know. Also learn how to leverage your time using leads, recruits, and customers through advertising through both a local and global methods. The internet truly levels the playing fields and any and everyone is a potential customer or team member.
Although internet marketing is huge but don't forget about the off line strategies. Send a card if they join your business or purchase a product or even just express an interest. Do classified ads, don't just get boxed into internet marketing only, you have to do something different. Marketing both online and offline pays. However don't get overwhelmed in the process, master one thing at a time, as you perfect systems, move forward to the next process of recruiting. You only make money doing two things in the marketing arena, and that is by closing prospects into your business and selling products.
Attraction marketing is huge, and it's going to take time to nurture those relationships; be accessible to the people you are attracting. Some people will make a lot of money fast, but that is not going to be everyone's story, however for those who follow the system that is in place, and stay consistent and be available and present to their business, they will have a much greater success. The key is to stay in the race.
If you master putting systems in place to help you prospect, you will be in a position where you will have people calling you ready to join, with no persuasion, effort, or time expended on your part. This is a phase where you can begin to learn how to produce your own product, and when you get to this level, as an internet marketer, the real fun begins. This is another way to provide a funded proposal, and a funded proposal is when you put a system in place that puts money in your pocket to help fund your advertising and marketing costs while you promote and build your business.
Becoming the mentor is also very necessary, the more people you help 'for free' the more successful you will be. The real key here is to give as much as you can and it will come back. Do not ever have a lack and limitation mindset while in this arena as it will have more of a boomerang effect. The other key of course is to have mentor to help you grow in this process with as little bumps and bruises as possible. I have yet to meet a very successful marketer who didn't have an awesome mentor.
