Website Service Contract Terms

If you provide a service for a website, such as creating the site, performing SEO, writing content, or another task, you may be asked to sign a contract.

Often these contracts are general with nothing to be concerned about. But sometimes there is, such as a noncompete term.

I get on quite a few mailing lists and by using one-use only email addresses can track when an email is being sold.

Fortunately, that doesn't happen very often.

Usually, if there is a problem with a list it is because it just spewing daily promotions for offers that sender has never tried, never used, and never bought. It is embarrassing.
