Without question one of the most popular types of searches on the Internet is for celebrity pictures. The less clothes the more searches!
But how do you get in front of this tidlewave of traffic without getting sued to death for copyright infringement?
KNOWLEDGE IS POWER
This is where is pays to have legal knowledge to understand the ins and outs of copyright law, be able to read legal opinions, and to understand what you can do and what you cannot do.
This is why bloggers just winging it get legal problems, while watching in frustration as big corporations with a legal staff do seemingly the same thing without any problem.
It is the little differences which make a huge change - differences the untrained eye may not even be aware of.
So how do you do this?
A couple options.
First, you can hire a copyright attorney familiar with Internet law and use of pictures to review your website and advise you on what to do and what not to do.
Since this is personal advice it will always be your best option. Expensive, but you cannot beat having a personal review of your site and what you want to do.
