What am I upto?

I gotta say... He is finally taking care of my money matters And He is rich enough to do that for anyone who needs His help.
And now he has helped me define my ultimate passion... Which i want to share with you.
My passion is helping others in achieving whatever they want from life... Now that I have somebody rich enough to take care of my finances, I am just cocentrating on helping people, partnering with them and guiding them to build rock solid businesses online. Of course I get a 20% in profits too... but I do not charge them for consultancy, coaching etc.
All I really need to know is that they are sincere enough to be following my instructions timely.
Right now I am working with 4 teams of 4 people each... That is I am helping setup 4 diffrent online marketing funnels.
But my idea is that the person who is a customer of the products and services these sites offer must get a lot of value and satisfaction! Somehow helping them is a must as well.
How do I make money? Simple... when these sites make money in 2-3 months, I make money with them. 20% on net profits. Rest 4 members share 20% each. Nobody's role can be undermined. I guide them, they work. As simple as that.
How well is it working for me/us?
I DO NOT KNOW. Because the first poroject I started was initiated on 12 September... So we have not yet formally launched any of them.
How well is it working for others?
Kinda ok, when you see all you have to do is spend 4 hours a day and your business makes you 5K a month. Not a lot of money, but then they would not have been able to earn that much in the next 3-4 months.
