Short little FYI today....

If you understand that google search engines try to determine your site's relevancy to guess what your site is about, then it is interesting to see where they place you, right?

This little feature will offer you loads of insight into what google thinks your site belong, neighborhood wise.

The command? related:yoursite.com

Just to use one of my newer sites as an example, my leodimilo.com site shows that I am in...

Email Marketing Campaigns and Open Rates.

I have to make a confession. I am not a great listbuilder. I can't seem to pull the trigger on every big mega guru launch as it comes. I have a hard time promoting things that I don't personally use or haven't tried in the past. I am a stickler for things that I find useful and obviously, since I have been doing IM for almost 10 years now in some shape or form, my viewpoint on "useful" is pretty strict.

All these things said, I do find email marketing to be probably...

Well, I had a great idea for a post but the software I am using for it is crapping out on me which doesn't do anything for my obsessive compulsive nature (I kid you not...I will obsess over this for hours or until it works).

What does it take to rank for your keyword?

Short post today with some time wasting links to boot (at the bottom).

I ran into an interesting knol page that asked the question how much writing do you need to do to rank for your keyword?

Now before I show this number, I should say that there are far more factors to think about when ranking a web site in general for something other than content....although content writing will get you ranking better in the long haul.

Who says social bookmarks don't generate traffic?...

Man, oh man. I wish I had discovered this earlier. There is so much information out there and so many great websites to troll through that it is easy to have things fall through the cracks.

So, let's say that you are trying to stay up to date with something like SEO or Internet Marketing?

Well, you could run the route of simply finding blogs and websites by accident OR you could get more proactive and actually subscribe to the RSS feeds of tags in bookmarking sites...
