Success Follows Messy Messages in Life

Is America beautiful anymore? What message is this country telling Americans? We are allowed as Americans to practice freedom in all sorts of ways. What does freedom really means to us? We have freedom of speech, sexuality, religion, and the ability to vote. On November 4, 2008 Americans decided to make history when they elected the first African American president, Barack Obama.
We look now at Barack Obama for answers to our economic crisis. He has voiced he knows his strengths and his weaknesses as a leader of this country. Obama is now seeking support from past democratic leaders who were under the Clinton administration for assistance. Will he be able to follow through on his promises to Americans?
The majority of Americans today have a messy message they want to tell everyone. One minute we have a great job with a retirement and a health care package and then we are told our company is closing their doors. We feel panic stricken and we do not know what to do. How will we pay for the new house and car we just bought? We are told go file for unemployment benefits until you can find another job. How will we take care of our families? Will we have to relocate to another state to find work? Will we have to leave our family and friends?
We are looking at Barack Obama for the solutions to our problems and saying he is our chance and hope. Will he be able to help the middle class and poor find resources to survive this economic crisis? It is known that shelters can not keep up with the amount of homeless people in our country today. How can we help each other keep a positive mindset? We have been taught our thoughts create our life. How can we keep these five magical words in our minds when we are in such emotional distress? Will we be able to turn our life around and fulfill our dreams and desires? Will we be able to find abundance when our country is in such an economic crisis?
The messy messages that the majority of Americans have today are just challenges on our road to success. We need to continue to search for the answers to our problems through the power of mindset. We look for solutions from the people who love us and want us to succeed. We feel Barack Obama will bring change and hope to our country. We pray he will put a stop to the war in Iraq so our American soldiers can return home to their families and friends. We pray for a better tomorrow and know if we keep a positive mindset our life's will get better. We live in the present knowing there may be risk we may have to take to succeed. We tell ourselves if the prize is clear the price becomes cheap. So we take risks and reach for that shining star with our name on it.
