Todays post on flipping is going to again have that focus around spending money to get 4-5 times your investment back on your flip.
For example, I signed up for a Co-Reg company, I bought $400 worth of leads, which produced just around 298 leads.
Those 298 converted at 4%, which gave me 12 sales.
I got 12 sales at a price of $19.95 per month.
My website now earns: $239.40 per month
I market the monthly income in my website listing when I am selling it, because it is recurring I sell this site around 5 times the monthly earnings, which produces a flip around: $1200.00
Profit = $800
Sales can happen in a weeks time, and you can produce four of these per month to earn more income.
If you are good a PPC, you probably can earn more.
