When preparing to flip a website I always say, How much do I want to make on this flip? How long do I want to hold onto it for?

Let answer these:

$1,000 and 8 weeks

These two questions set you in the right direction, because now you can calculate that you only need to earn $200 per month to reach approxmiately $1,000....

I'll take 5 shots of Tequila, because ladies and gentlemen we are going to get flip crazy.

Todays post on flipping is going to again have that focus around spending money to get 4-5 times your investment back on your flip.

For example, I signed up for a Co-Reg company, I bought $400 worth of leads, which produced just around 298 leads.

Those 298 converted at 4%, which gave me 12 sales.

I got 12 sales at a price of $19.95 per month.

I just was sitting at a Starbucks, setting up a new flip, and wanted to say something really quick. A lot of the times, site flippers forget that we are seeking a large capital gain, about 4-6 times our monthly revenue. You can be really profitable with Site Flipping if you budget oyur advertising dollars really well.

For example, let’s say you setup a membership site, in a certain niche. What I usually do, is exploit the use of Pay per Click advertising on each one of my flips. Searching...
