Google #1 I did it, woo hoo

I've been beevering away doing my reaserch and doing a little bit on my two main websites/blogs everyday and late last night I thought I would check to see how I was ranking. Without even a thought I clicked on advanced search and changed it to 100 results as I have done several times before, typed in my keyword search term and voila there I was at number #1,....I checked a few more and I made it to #2 position, I was gobsmacked I can tell you! I managed to get to page 1 for the search term "lotto syndicate" which im particularly pleased about


All I need to do is keep it up now. I recently chnage my drupal lottery site www.lottoguru.co.uk to a wordpress blog and I think this has helped immensely, because I have spent less time faffing with my layout and just getting on with the content and backlinks that its made me far more focused.
I would still like a unique theme for my site but i'm happy now that the content is starting to build up, and im getting results.
