The Busy Bug... a new day

So, I was reading the other day about effective weight loss tips, becaue I would really like to be in better shape... I read that the best thing to do was to not start your new exercise program on a Monday - apparently those who start out on those days typically quit... Who knew?... So, today's the day I begin my new fitness trek..


I have decided to try two products - one a weight loss supplement and the other a new work out video I ordered from online... I did post the links below, if anyone's interested in trying them out too..

I am going to be posting pictures of my progress - I will be fully clothed - because hey - I am not like those crazy people that take photos in two pieces when they know they look awful.. I will also keep posting my wieght - so that you know how much I'm losing how often..

Weight: 236lbs.

Weight: 165lbs
