I was working really hard over last few days, researching and writing, planning, coding, building and all.
I really need the project that would offer an instant AND recurring income.
Simply because after exchange it doesn't stop, buying the house is just the first step, really. Than I have to fix it!
The roof, the chimneys, the kitchen, bathroom not forgetting the wood warms...
It's a 100 years old house after all.


So I have few projects destined to...

To get £10,000 in 28 days I need to ern roughly £357 per day. That does not inlude any Paypal fees, taxes, comissions or associated costs. But my mind works better if I have a somewhat specific (is that even correct logically?) goal.

So the last 3 days I have spent researching and building my product I have 'failed' to bring nearly £1000.

While I'm writing it, while I was reading other people blog posts and WSO's I was loosing £44 per hour!
(£357/8 working hours/60minutes)...

I have come to the conclusion - after all this research - that it is in fact as simple as they say. WE 'know' that to loose weight we have eat less and move more. Yet we spend time looking for plans and gimmicks and it is the same with earning money.
We just have to start doing it, not planning, researching, preparing, thinking about it, polishing, checking over - just start doing it.
But that's the hardest part, isn't it?
There is few fancy terms for it (like procrastinating)...

Today I have found out that the offer I put on the house was accepted - on a condition of quick exchange. I now have 28 days to come up with £10,000 for deposit and £7,000 for necessary repairs. I do not care about anything eles, but the wooden worktop in the kitchen would be great.
