Starting out - 28 days count to £10,000

Today I have found out that the offer I put on the house was accepted - on a condition of quick exchange. I now have 28 days to come up with £10,000 for deposit and £7,000 for necessary repairs. I do not care about anything eles, but the wooden worktop in the kitchen would be great.
I was lurking here for a while, trying out some of the ideas for niche sites and similar stuff. I had a modest success with some products (the £1000 mark, just dipping my toes in the water) but it was all as a side projects, never really wanted to quit my 'day' job.
I was comfortable, I think.
Now I am desperate. I need money, lots of it, quickly. Or I will loose the chance to buy this house. And the 'day job' although comfortable, won't even come close to give me this amount in 28 days.
I am not a real newbie -I know my way around SEO and after a year of lurking here and there I know few things about marketing and niche sites as well - after all I build websites for living.
But I am tired of working for a huge projects that take years to develop.
And they are not really mine.
So, I am starting today to build my own product, to build a side income that would ensure I get this house. (There is a tree in a garden, you know.)
In the meantime, If you need a website build, WP theme customized or header done, just send me a message. You might even get it cheap, since right now every penny counts
