I want to make it big before I die. Any help would be great.

Hi,
My name is Mesha Casper. I am very new here and I am looking to getting to know people and make some friends. I am still getting the ropes here so please forgive me. I ran on to this internet marketing and got hooked. I then just started buying things thinking that everyone was like me and were honest. Not so. My hopes and dreams are to make enough money online that I can support my family. I am on a tight deadline literally though. I have a list of things that I am he%$ bent on finishing. I have passion in life and in public speaking. The thing is: I was diagnosed with a very rare nuerodegenerative disease and I lost my immune system due to some of the medications that I have needed to use. So the bad news is that this Thanksgiving I caught a very severe form of staff infection that attacked my heart,kidneys and lungs. The doctors said that I would not even make it through the night and that I have a very limited time here. I want to at least make enough to pay for every thing in case my stubborness does not prevail and I don't make it so that my 6 year old little boy and my husband are taken care of. It is a little hard though because of the frequency that I am in the hospital. But I am not saying this for a pity party. I am hoping that I can jump off at a fast pace so that I can achieve all that is on my list. I still believe that I am going to beat this so if anyone out there has some starter tips that won't give me information overload I would truly appreciate it. I own a social site that I wanted to devote to soldiers that came back from the service of our country and are disabled either mentally or physically and make it almost like a make a wish foundation where not only they could talk to each other and be able to support each other; but I would also like to try to help those with special needs that they may not be able to afford. So if anyone has any feedback that would be really great. I really hope to get to know a lot of you. Lets work together and get some major stuff accomplished. I would like to become a public speaker and get liscenced in body language so that I can teach others how to use that towards influence and persuasion. I can't wait to work together and help each other accomplish our dreams each of us.
