Open Office review – My holy grail to free internet marketing resources

Open office is more or less the same as Microsoft office except for one major difference, Its free. I know, I couldn't believe it either. It is not a trial version or a version that can be upgraded at a later date for a charge. It is a full office suite programme which is, sorry if I repeat myself again, FREE. It is free to everyone and it is gaining in popularity all of the time. It is available in more than eighty different languages so people around the world have access to it.
It supports many types of file formats and it works on Windows, Linux and Macs. So, why is it free. We are all aware how much Microsoft office costs and this is ever so similar and many people are of the opinion that it is even better.
The reason it is free is because many extremely talented people and companies have generously given their time and energy to develop this powerful programme and that includes everything that goes with it, testing, ironing out bugs etc, etc Because this many people are involved you will always find that when a problem is discovered it is fixed almost immediately, far quicker than if the programme was only supplied by one company.
Open office consists of four main applications and they are as follows.
Writer - This is another name for the word processor. The writer contains everything that you would find in the more expensive versions and in many cases much, much more. If required you can even use it to design stunning web pages.
Calc - This is an amazingly powerful spreadsheet application.
Draw - With Draw you are able to design and create your own slide shows for business and pleasure.
I hope by now you can realise what an amazing application this is and did I mention that it's free?
There is not a restriction of how many computers it can be installed on or anything like that so the whole family are quite safe to use it on their separate computers.
I know many people who do not know about open office or if they have heard of it they think it's to good to be true.
I myself have spent good money on similar programmes before I found out about open office and I can tell you that there is definitely no difference whatsoever,

One last thing that I would like to clear up is that it is completely legal. I am often asked by people if this is the case because they think that there just has to be a catch. Surely something this good cannot be free.
Well. I would just like to put your mind at rest. It is perfectly legal and you are perfectly safe using it. It has now been around for over 20 years and you will find schools and corporations are using it on a daily basis and are completely satisfied with it.
