ListJoe Review – Building your email marketing list for free

Posted 11-06-2009 at 10:27 AM by michaelcloke

ListJoe is a new kid on the block when it comes to internet marketing but it already has quite a following and is receiving rave reviews by many people 'In The Know'
You are able to promote any product of your choosing with ListJoe. It doesn't matter if it's your own product or if you are promoting something as an affiliate marketer or a network marketer. You are able to send out 4000 emails a week to potential leads so I am sure that you can see the potential here.
It is claimed that for every 3000 emails that are sent out 150 are opened which goes to prove that it really is a numbers game and the more emails that you send out the far higher the response will be.
According to ListJoe they have over 30000 members and this number is increasing on a daily basis and they have security measure in place which will insure that nobody abuses the system in any way.
The catch in the system is that everyone one of the 4000 emails that you send out goes to a member of ListJoe, someone who is in effect promoting their own product.
Even taking this into account you are still able to generate leads for your business. It is a well known fact that over 90% of leads that you will receive from ListJoe members is absolutely rubbish and there is no way you will give them a second glance, most of them are the usual 'press a button and make $10k by lunchtime' offers.
We all know what a pile of rubbish these schemes are so it stands to reason that if you are choosing to promote something that is reputable you will really stand out and these other promoters could well be interested in whatever you are offering.
To get the whole thing rolling and to email other ListJoe members you have to accumulate points by opening the emails that you are sent by other members and actually visiting their websites and staying their for 20 seconds.
As you can imagine, this can and will be a little bit on the boring side because you are going to get around 40 ListJoe emails per day but it's not to hard to grit your teeth and just get on with it.
So, is there money to be made with ListJoe. It depends really on what you are trying to sell and the copy from which you are trying to sell it. If you can couple these two things together and write emails that actually entice the reader to have a look what you have got to say and if you are making a decent amount of money from each sale then yes, ListJoe could very well become a lucrative source of income for you.
For what it's worth and if you have the time I would advise that you sign up to ListJoe and see how it goes.
The potential is definitely there to make money but as with everything else in life, you have to put the effort in to get anything out.
