Recently i have been speaking with Internet marketer and small business owners over Skype. Also i have been chatting with MLM business owners and online business owners on Work From Home forms. One problem they had (which I myself struggled with for a while) was that, they were recruiting the wrong people into their business. So, after they spent all their time, effort, and money to advertise and promote their business,their end result were lazy, unprofessional people who wanted the easy way out.
