Insomniac-Workaholics and the Benefits of Sleep

If you're like me, you either enjoy working
online in the middle of the night (when it's
quiet, I can focus, or I just can't sleep) or
you're a chronic workaholic who can not
sleep until EVERY LITTLE THING IS DONE.

There's nothing wrong with staying up late
every once in a while to do some research
or finish a project, but making a habit of not
sleeping can be hazardous to your health
as well as your mental well-being.

In case you forgot what a good night's rest
is all about, sleep restores, repairs and
regenerates your system and it's vital that
you take care to get enough restorative
sleep to keep yourself healthy and alert.

Hopefully, you are able to catch up on your
sleep, sleep in, sleep late, call in sick, take
a nap or whatever so that you can recover
from staying up all night. And perhaps you
can manage your time so that you complete
your tasks during the daytime hours in order
to get some quality shut-eye at night.
