Why Masterminds Fail Part 1

A Mastermind alliance that is formed specifically as a Mastermind, recruits only members that benefit each other and the mastermind, and is run as a mastermind....

You have probably noticed that it is true, nobody who has been HUGELY successful, has done it on their own. Every single mega successful person I have met has had Mentors and Masterminds.
Today's post is a quick 2 minute read, it's a brief introduction into the 4 essential elements needed to form an Powerful Energized Mastermind Alliance.
So how do you form a kick arse mastermind?
Start with the end in mind, by forming it as a mastermind.
This is a huge key: FORM IT AS A MASTERMIND.
What are the four ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS OF A MASTERMIND?
1. Two or more minds
2. Working actively together
3. In perfect harmony
4. Toward a common object.
The temptation is to skim over that list, and then to not fully apply it when forming a mastermind. (The list here, is like the spec sheet for the space shuttle. Don't skip over ANY OF THESE PRINCIPLES.)
If your mastermind is going to help you and it's members succeed, from the very beginning ALL the elements in this tiny little list must be kept in mind.
There are other things you must do, when selecting members, running the meeting, keeping the meeting focused and "pure"... we'll get to them later.
Because it is VITAL to really get these four elements in right from the start.
This is what one of my mentors told me YEARS AGO....
"Until you have experienced first hand the power of a mastermind that has been designed with these elements in mind, AND the frustration caused by one that is not, you won't fully appreciate these four elements."
So if you are going to form a mastermind, do it with these four elements in mind.
If you do, your success will skyrocket. If you don't, it will be about as useful as a bitch session around the water cooler.
