Do you make the same mistake as eZineArticles site?

I am kind of amazed and frustrated with eZineArticles.com site. 
Ok, they want quality bar high, I can understand that, but the rejection does not have any comments or explanations. All you see if "Contact us"
What does it mean is that they have a lot of requests, and somebody have to look at the article all over again and figure out the reason. It's a wast of time of authors, a waste of time of editors, and well, it's just a waste of time.
Why not include a couple of words with each rejection?
