My New Results from Online Marketing 2010
Posted 05-22-2010 at 10:25 PM by netkid
Well I would have to say that 2009 was horrible for me regarding my offline business. I have been operating a special event/entertainment business from my home since 1993 with great success. Up until the first quarter 2008 I was grossing in the mid to high 6 figures in annual income...not bad, and I was very proud of myself. But then came the big depression and my offline business went out the window...."flatlined" l do believe!
I started my first blog for fun in 2006 called DiaryofaWorkaholic.com and got hooked making entries and getting response from the visitors there. So, the start of me dabbling in internet marketing. I have never looked back doing many small things with internet marketing. I first started with Adsense blogs....moved on to one page sales pages for an ebook. Moved on to small membership sites and finally offline consulting.
What I like about offline consulting is that I truly feel that I am helping offline business because I can relate since I have my own (special events) still up and running.
I immediately have a common bond with them and they open up to me right away. I currently have over 60 business blogs that I manage and now started up 2 to 3 monthy seminars and workshops that pays me some decent money. The blogging part of my enterprises are grossing about $3k per month...and still growing!
I already have partnered with two separate businessmen who have good sized customer lists and I am producing seminars to their customer lists. I expect to make money going in with getting new customers and also the great promise of recurring income from those same customers.
Anyway, this post is just to mention how positive I am in the near future of my online businesses and letting people know who are reading this post that internet marketing can be as successful as your mind perceives it!
Stay tuned, by summer, I should be promoting my very first WSO here

Thank you too for reading docmac! I think the Warrior forum has taught me again and again, not to get "scattered." Focus on one thing at a time when doing internet marketing.
The problem is that there is too much opportunities online to start a business so many IM'rs don't know where to start. I am guilty years ago of being a "scattered" IM'r but I found out quickly, after lurking in this forum that the underlying message to newbies and experienced IM'rs alike is to focus on one thing at a time. That is when I started to make money!
Good luck to you, too!Posted 05-24-2010 at 01:23 PM by netkid
