Lots of newbie IM's lately

Just entered the general forum and see there is more influx of newbies joining. It is good because they have found the best in what a forum has to offer, especially in the IM field.
I think it is because of the down economy. Newly graduated students from college are displaced because the job market is not waiting for them giving them career starting jobs. Older workers fired from the last 13 months because of the recession most likely are not going to be rehired anytime soon. Middle managers with limited tenure on the job are the first to be let go. Over the past 15 months, the USA lost over 3.5 million jobs. No wonder the business opportunity category across the US is getting flooded with inquiries.
It is good for the IM business if we play our "cards" right. We need cater to the ever widening market of these people while helping them to be self sufficient. If we help them now, they could be our lifetime customer for whatever we offer in the way of IM products.
It's a win-win for all.
