One Full Week Under My Belt!

Today is my second cheat day and I'm very happy it's here. Yesterday I was craving all kinds of snacks, real food and beer. I made a list of everything I craved for all week, and today I will eat and drink all of it.
The list includes; pizza, chips, popcorn, crackers and cheese, bread and strawberries with whipped cream.
This makes for tons of material for articles and video for the report on weight loss I will be producing and publishing when I reach my goal weight. I'm taking notes on everything, so I can share as much as possible and therefore have a better chance to connect with readers who have tried diets and failed.
For this full week of watching what I eat and one day at the gym, I've lost 2 pounds. If I can maintain that until the holidays, I should be in the low 180's in time for the Annual Cocktail Party my wife drags me to. I will produce a video at that venue where I'm all dressed up and looking nice an thin.
I'm halfway into a method I'm writing for offline marketing that I will produce as a WSO by mid-month. The method is something I've just started doing and it's working very well. I'm implementing one more tweak to it this week to see if I can increase my conversions.
So, to recap, I've managed my time better now that I track it and I've stayed true to my diet. I'm on track to see great results by the holidays.
