Our Web Design Business Took a Turn...

Been a while since my last (and only) post here... life moves pretty fast... Our website design business, Red Zebra Designs (now Red Zebra Media, Inc.) was doing ok - we mostly built customized WordPress sites for small businesses. BUT every WordPress website needed massive tweaking to get it to look the way the customer wanted - or function right. And we could never find plug-ins that were flexible enough to do what our clients wanted...
So... I started building a customizable theme - then some plug-ins - so we could get the job done quickly without spending a bunch of time custom coding each site. Over the last 6 months, the theme evolved into an awesome ultra flexible framework. Right now, we're using it to build out an online store and a stock photography site to work out all the kinks.
I was pretty much in a cave for a long time head down coding - and when I cam up for air, I discovered that there are several other "flexible themes" out there - much to my dismay! (initially) But after checking them out, I am happy to say that honestly what I am building blows them away - unless you want to spend $500 a year on the really super high end frame-works...
Our goal is that after a ton of testing and tweaking (I am a perfectionist when it comes to software and web design), it will be ready to offer here as a WSO - we'll probably start off offering one of the plug-ins that more useful for IM-ers at first - while we fine tune the main framework and the rest of the plug-ins.
Anyway - for all 2 people who read this (LOL!), please keep a look out for it - I really think you're going to love it!
