Attorneys for ASD Cash Generator and President Andy Bowdoin have filed an emergency petition, asking a federal judge to unfreeze bank accounts the U.S. government seized earlier this month.
Michael Fayad and Jonathan Goodman, ASD's attorneys, said the firm would agree to court monitoring by U.S. District Court Judge Rosemary Collyer. The lawyers also asked Collyer to dismiss the complaint.
Some ASD members are circulating an email, calling for prayer on behalf of Judge Collyer so she'll do the "right" thing.
