3 - Find forums that relate to your genre and make friends: The largest Message Boards and Forums on the web!
4 - Create a free podcast of your book and post it here: Internet Radio | Create an Online Radio Show | Blog Talk Radio
5 - Get Featured on top Kindle blogs. This isn't free, but it's extremely effective:
