Using PLR's Properly To Promote To Your Niche

Using PLR's To Easily Promote Niche Sites
The money is in the niche, as well as in the list. To sell online you must first find a niche, so the first step is by looking for trends, needs or wants of the general buying public, and the second thing to do is to promote to that niche.
first you must look for words people are using to find help or solutions to their problems, or articles that can help them resolve or fulfill their needs.
Though niche research is not that easy, most internet marketers have mastered this skill. Using Google's keyword tool, you can easily get lists of keywords with buying intent. If you have no idea about this yet, then type in "Buy" or "Discount" or "Free Delivery" before or right after a seed keyword, hopefully this will bring out longer phrases that's usually used with the intention of buying online.
Second, you must provide information that is searched for in your niche. You must be able to give something to each person before you can convince them to buy from you, and this is where the hard part is.
We are not born with all of the information in every niche available. We must be in it for a while or do tremendous research before we can give something of value in that niche.
I myself have this problem. Even though I want to go into a niche, the lack of information for that niche prevents me from taking it up.
So what then is the solution? For one, we can pay freelance writers to write for us. The standard is $5 per article. Though that price goes up based on the experience of the writer.
Another solution, which I found is very doable and cheap is to read PLR's and re-write them based on how you interpret the information. You can even add up to it so as to make it unique.
This has several benefits. PLR's came from writers who've done the hard part of researching the information for you, and it usually is keyword focused.
All you have to do is to verify the material, absorb it and then re-write to your hearts content.
Just don't forget to re-write PLR articles. Most of these articles are indexed by Google already as it is, submitting it anywhere or using it in your site as it is can do more harm than good.
So, while it is easy and fast to use PLR's to promote your site, remember that there's also a proper way to use it. Give it some effort and you'll benefit from it. Use it just as it is and it will do you more harm in the search engines.
