It is time people understand this as well. Just because again, a business owner lost your money (and his/hers) in a bad business venture does not make him/her a scam artist. A scam artist however, intends to take your money and run. A scam artist will not make any attempts to make amends with those who he or she had scammed.
However, an honest individual who had unintentionally lost your money would do anything in his or her power to make up for what had happened. Perhaps you will never see that money again. But an honest person who had made a mistake will take the following steps to help with their reputation management.
