You know I'm pretty new to this game! I've spent about two months carefully going through stuff and buying selective products with the best intentions of sticking with them through thick and thin as I've convinced myself they must have some value.

My conclusion is sadly that most the info available is just a slight re-interpretation of old methods or at best very basic.

I've found some good stuff, made some new friends and now have a select subset of product that I am adopting...
