In order to have a successful Joint Venture, you need to have an idea or concept that will will for all involved, that means yourself, your partner in the Joint Venture and all your customers and clients.
How do you accomplish that? It's all in the planning. The Joint Venture should not only increase your profit but also increase the visibility of your shop and market share. Both parties should be able to use each others resources to their advantage and also increase the value and quality of your products to the customers.
When you First plan to enter into a Joint Venture Agreement, who do you pick? You need to make sure that you can both work together and agree in all the terms. This way less problems can arise if everything is cleared up and decided in advance such as where main transactions will take place, who is in charge or management, who gets to make major decisions or how the rules will be implement.
