I take a lot of action in my online business, so every once in a while I get asked, how do you take action? Sometimes I will dish out advice like, "Lock yourself in a room" "Record a video of yourself working" or, "Budget your time" but in reality there really is no magic pill to taking action whenever you want to.

Here is my tip for attending physical seminars: Take whatever notes you write down and turn it into a PDF report, that you never show anyone else. Not only does it train you to keep pumping out 5 to 10 page reports, the information becomes a part of you because you retyped it and revised it.

If I had a clone who was unable to attend the seminar, I could just hand this document over to him and he would have all the info without...
