Piss them off like I did!

I am often the first one to give some one a earful if I their customer service stinks or is non-existent. Sadly far too many marketers and companies on the net have lack luster customer support, just from my experience. Not every one of course, there are a few stand up business owners.

Well, I was lucky enough to mess up my own support system and tick off some customers. I am not going to go into the how, as I felt like an idiot on my own, with out any ones help.

Long story short, I was not getting support requests and a short period. Just as I would have done, some of my customers were quite ticked at me. Can't blame them, I've been there. When you don't hear back from some one, you usually think the worst.. some ones taking you, and already took your money.

I fixed every problem immediately, though some where a little dated, with a few customers leaving multiple "replies", some not very happy.

The moral of the story, don't be stupid like me, double, no, triple check your support system, and please do not rely on e-mail as the only support contact, it's not 100% and sadly I see so many marketers doing just that.

Help desks and support ticket systems are a dime a dozen with a couple solid free set ups. There is NO excuse.

I knew I was human, guess this proves it.
