Her Passion and Desire...

A few years back my Daughter started riding horses. In looking back at old video's, she was, well, not exactly stable on the back of the big animal. Not to mention the few times she actually fell off the horse.

Fast forward a year or so and she won first place in the local rodeo for pole bending. The brand new saddle and numerous belt buckles were nice, but she and I knew the real prize, she had a passion, followed that passion with huge desire, through good an bad, and won.

Actually thats the problem, she didn't say anything. I'm not saying she was a bad mom, far from it.

But she never told me I could do anything I put my mind to. She did not tell me, that what I true believe I can achieve.

Course, if she had told me all that "stuff", would I have believed her? Do any of us listen to our parents when we ere younger? Seems it takes many years, struggling out on our own to finally admit or come to the conclusion that, gee, some or...

Instant Guru?

I see so many people who want to create their own products, yet they have no clue how to get started and usually never do anything or get anywhere.

They don't realize they can start out as a "guru" almost instantly, without to much work. It's call PLR Ebooks.

With PLR, short for Private Label Rights, you have the rights to change the product around completely, including the most important part, adding your name as author and expert... instant guru. In theory anyways....

More Loyal Customers?

If you've read my last post, you'll know I unknowingly, but very successfully ticked off a few of my customers. As I've said, I don't blame them one bit, learned a lesson I did.

As I've mentioned, I went through every problem and took care of the situation. I also took it a step further, I offered each of them a couple free products, of their choice, to try and "make up".

Surprisingly, every displeased customer understood things happen, and were now happy. They...

Piss them off like I did!

I am often the first one to give some one a earful if I their customer service stinks or is non-existent. Sadly far too many marketers and companies on the net have lack luster customer support, just from my experience. Not every one of course, there are a few stand up business owners.

Well, I was lucky enough to mess up my own support system and tick off some customers. I am not going to go into the how, as I felt like an idiot on my own, with out any ones help.
