New sites for sustainable income

Just over a year ago, I started a site for listing providers of bed and breakfast Ledbury.
It was just intended to provide a little extra help for my existing B&B website clients. Within a few weeks it was number one on Google and it's stayed there. New B&B providers now contact me and ask to be added to the site.
Just recently I was talking to my sister, who is just starting to design websites. I suggested we could expand the Ledbury idea.
Of course, once I'd said it, the idea took root and I started doing some research. Many of the larger towns in the UK already have generic B&B sites, listing most of the local providers. Many smaller places don't - and it can be quite hard to track down many of the providers, which must make it hard for them to get a consistent flow of customers.
My plan is to set up approx one new site a week. It takes time to find content, look for local suppliers, and do some bookmarking and linking.
At the time of this I have seven sites:
Ledbury Bed and Breakfast
Ross on Wye Bed and Breakfast
Kington Bed and breakfast
Chepstow Bed and Breakfast
Lechlade Bed and Breakfast
Lerwick Bed and Breakfast
Bromyard Bed and Breakfast
I am testing different ways of setting up the sites, to see how it affects their ability to rank.
My aim is to get the sites on p1 of Google before finding customers.
