1. Select a product in a desperate niches and get affiliate products from Clickbank and other affiliate networks

2. Select long tail keywords with low competition

3. Create a review site or blog posting reviews. Good and bad reviews are okay.
4. Focus on traffic. Article marketing, seo, ppc, video, bookmarking, press release, rss, ping, etc.
5. Rinse and repeat

EVALUATE that two sites carefully why I get high conversion on that two sites.
Miscellaneous: Focus on building your list, make your campaign VIRAL, have backend offers, think of multiplication (double yourself and/or double your sites) build joint venture partners and affiliates.
