Absorbing Niche Marketing Lessons

I am reading all I can on Niche Marketing and I am loving it! I have to tear myself away just to work and get other things done today.
I had an idea for a niche and started doing my research on keywords, etc. and when I narrow down my domain I get this -
first choice taken
2nd choice taken
3rd choice taken
and so on. And so I go to the site to check it out and there's NOTHING THERE! It's an MFA or a parked site or the domain is for sale! Dang it! Don't people know that I want that domain! That I will do something with it!
Ugh!
Time to work now and stop reading Warrior forum.
