A plan in the right direction ...

I've purchased a domain name dirknowitzkifans.info to compliment my Dirk Nowitzki fan page. - Since I haven't monetized the fan page or captured a list from the page. - My plan is to use the webpage for those purposes.
Once I'm done creating the site, I plan on running a contest for my fans and capturing their emails as they sign up for the chance to win a free ipod shuffle, etc.
I'll have the site heavy with amazon, cafepress, and other affiliate product displays to entice more spending and so on.
I may RSS/automate some fresh content related to Dirk on a daily bases using plugins, etc..
So this is one of my projects in the making. I may actually JV with someone to participate in this. That's an idea! ... May just have to think on that.
Either way ... I need to get moving on this ...
